Talks & Events
DAS will be hosting a series of talks from artists participating in the Residency Programme. The talks will focus on the artists practice & relationship with new media technologies. The talks programme will provide an opportunity for the digital artists to showcase work created in the studios and discuss the varied experiences that the residency has afforded them.

International Resident Michelle Woulahan (aka Antoinette J. Citizen) is a self-confessed Science Fiction addict whose interest in making art lies primarily in the amalgamation of the fictional and the real. Woulahans work references science and technological-based fictions with the utilisation of concepts, ideas and visual modes generated from film, online and gaming cultures. These fictional concepts are explored through the use of video, sound, digital effects, electronics, sensors and computer programming platforms.
